When you connect an Instagram, Threads, YouTube, or TikTok account, Reelfr stores an OAuth access and refresh token plus your account id and username, so we can publish videos on your behalf at your direction. We do not store your posts, direct messages, followers, or media.
Sign in and go to Settings → Connected Accounts, then click Disconnect next to the platform (Instagram, Threads, YouTube, or TikTok). This immediately and permanently deletes the stored tokens and account details for that connection. You can reconnect at any time.
To delete your entire Reelfr account and all associated data — connections, video projects, generated images, audio, and rendered videos — email support@reelfr.com from the address on your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
